Recent forecasts from multiple models, including those aligned with NOAA and European centers, point to peak daytime temperatures in Madrid around 33–34°C on September 24 under persistent high pressure and clear skies. This setup favors strong solar heating with light southerly or variable winds and low humidity, pushing readings above the late-September climatological average of about 25°C. Stable atmospheric conditions with minimal cloud cover and no incoming fronts have kept model consensus tight over the past several days, supporting the market's emphasis on 34°C as the leading outcome while leaving room for minor shifts from local measurement timing or slight model adjustments before resolution.
