Recent forecast model runs for Panama City, Panama, point to a peak temperature of 32–34°C on September 17, driven by light northwesterly winds, reduced afternoon cloud cover, and typical late-wet-season humidity levels near 70–80%. Historical September highs average 29–30°C, but recent observations show slightly warmer-than-normal conditions under stable high pressure. National meteorological guidance highlights modest day-to-day variability tied to convective timing, with official verification using standard thermometer readings at the main station. Traders have placed the strongest implied probability on 33°C, reflecting model consensus while acknowledging that localized showers or timing shifts could cap the daily maximum one degree lower. Updated runs and real-time observations will refine these odds ahead of resolution.
