Latest forecast models from sources like Environment Canada and global ensembles point to a Toronto minimum around 16–17°C on September 17 under northerly winds, partly cloudy skies, and modest moisture, keeping the night from cooling sharply. This aligns with the market’s clustering around 15–17°C outcomes while the elevated 38.5% implied probability on 21°C or higher reflects recent above-average September warmth (+3.5°C monthly departure) and potential model spread on cloud cover or boundary-layer mixing that could limit overnight drops. Historical September 17 lows average 13.5°C, so current conditions represent a milder-than-normal setup with limited further cooling expected before dawn. Updated model runs and official observations tomorrow morning will refine these probabilities.
