Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.Recent National Weather Service and model guidance points to partly sunny conditions with light winds and a slight post-storm rebound, favoring a Seattle high in the mid-to-upper 60s on September 4. An early-September frontal system has suppressed temperatures into the 60s midweek via enhanced marine air and cloud cover, but stabilizing high pressure and reduced precipitation should permit modest daytime heating without reaching the 73°F seasonal average. Trader emphasis on 66–69°F brackets reflects this consensus range, with differentiation hinging on exact cloud timing, boundary-layer mixing, and any residual onshore flow that could cap or enhance insolation. Updated NWS briefings and afternoon model runs will refine the outcome before resolution.
