Official forecasts from the National Weather Service and other models indicate mostly sunny conditions with southerly flow and minimal cloud cover on September 5, supporting surface heating under a stable high-pressure regime. Highs are projected near 96–99°F, with low precipitation chances (under 10%) and dew points in the low-to-mid 70s°F limiting evaporative cooling. Subtle differences among leading market bins stem from variations in afternoon mixing depth, exact wind speeds, and minor model spread in boundary-layer temperatures rather than major synoptic shifts. Updated model runs and NWS briefings over the next 48 hours will refine peak values ahead of market resolution.
