Forecast models from sources including GFS and regional guidance indicate a maximum temperature near 23–24°C for Munich on September 20 under westerly flow, with partly to mostly cloudy skies and limited daytime heating due to increasing cloud cover and possible evening showers. This aligns with late-summer conditions that exceed the 1991–2020 September average high of roughly 19°C but fall well short of recent extremes above 28°C. Ensemble consensus shows low spread around this range, with minimal risk of stronger warming or cooling under the current steering pattern. Traders appear to weight these near-term observational and model trends heavily, concentrating implied probabilities on the narrow 23–24°C window ahead of final resolution.
