Alcaraz holds a 10-6 head-to-head edge, including a dominant clay record with 10 titles to Sinner's one, bolstered by straight-sets semifinal rout of Lorenzo Musetti after navigating Sebastian Baez and Tomas Martin Etcheverry. Sinner, seeking his fourth straight Masters 1000 crown, overcame Alexander Zverev in semis following bye and wins over Ugo Humbert and Casper Ruud, though he trails 1-4 lifetime on clay versus Alcaraz. Both enter fully fit per official reports, with Monte Carlo's slow, high-bouncing clay amplifying Alcaraz's defensive prowess and drop-shot variety against Sinner's baseline power. Trader consensus reflects their razor-thin points tie—1,651 apiece across 3,302 played—highlighting upset potential in this defining rivalry.
