Soto rallied from a set down to defeat Jay Clarke 1-6, 6-3, 7-5 in the first round, building momentum after a San Luis Potosi quarterfinal exit. Napolitano advanced convincingly over Andres Martin 6-4, 6-4, extending his strong 2026 clay form (9-3 record) following a recent Kigali quarterfinal loss.
