Latest numerical weather prediction models from sources including the Turkish Meteorological Service and global ensembles show Ankara likely peaking at 24–25°C on September 20 under partly cloudy skies, light northeasterly winds, and minimal precipitation. This aligns closely with late-September climatology, where historical highs average near 24°C with typical diurnal ranges of 10–12°C driven by continental conditions and solar insolation. Minor model differences in afternoon cloud cover and boundary-layer mixing create the tight spread between 24°C and 25°C outcomes, while 26°C remains possible only with clearer skies or stronger warming. Updated short-range forecasts and official observations will resolve the market in the final 48 hours.
