Recent National Weather Service and local forecasts for Denver on September 19 project a daytime high near 77–79°F amid scattered afternoon thunderstorms, aligning with the closely matched market-implied odds for the 76–77°F and 78–79°F bins. Model guidance shows modest uncertainty in peak temperatures due to variable cloud cover, storm timing, and steering flow, which could suppress readings below the seasonal average of 77.8°F or allow brief warming if convection remains limited. Official observations from Denver International Airport and climatological baselines underscore how precipitation efficiency and boundary-layer moisture will determine whether the daily maximum settles in the upper 70s or edges lower, with updated model runs and real-time surface data likely to refine trader positioning ahead of resolution.
