National Weather Service forecasts and supporting model guidance point to a Saturday minimum in the low to mid-50s for Seattle, with official outlooks listing 53°F as the expected low under clear to partly cloudy skies and light winds. This setup favors radiational cooling overnight beneath a stable high-pressure ridge, consistent with late-September climatology where average lows near 52.5°F. Trader sentiment clusters on 52–55°F bins because small variations in evening cloud cover, dew-point depression, or boundary-layer mixing can shift the exact minimum by a degree or two before official observations close the period. Updated model runs and the next NWS forecast discussion remain the key near-term catalysts for any adjustment in implied probabilities.
