Mat Siscoe holds an 86% implied probability as the leading outcome in this October 26, 2026, municipal election, reflecting his position as the two-term incumbent who captured nearly 69% of the vote in 2022. Traders appear to weigh his established record on property tax restraint, community initiatives such as the SCORE fund, and recent actions including a state of emergency response to July-August flooding plus approval of a 1.74% municipal tax increase for 2026. A fragmented field of challengers, including Anthony A. Adeoye, Ann-Marie Zammit, Jimmy Jackson, and Henry Bosch, has registered following the August 21 nomination deadline, yet none has generated comparable name recognition or organizational support to date. The wide spread between the incumbent and lower-odds candidates aligns with typical municipal dynamics favoring experienced officeholders absent major shifts in local polling or events.
