Ribero's dominant qualifying run—straight-set wins over higher-ranked Benjamin Torrealba (6-3, 6-4) and Daniel Nuñez (6-1, 6-2) on April 13—builds momentum and singles form, but two matches could introduce fatigue on the high-altitude Bolivian clay. Miguel arrives fresh without prior play, buoyed by his recent Challenger doubles title in Sao Paulo alongside Gustavo Heide, signaling baseline competitiveness; his youth and power could exploit any Ribero dip, while Ribero's experience might prevail in extended rallies. Late scratches or weather could shift dynamics further.
