Recent National Weather Service and private model runs project a high near 87–89°F in Denver on September 8, 2026, with partly cloudy skies and only isolated afternoon thunderstorms unlikely to suppress peak readings. This aligns with the market’s leading 88–89°F bin (41.5% implied probability) and the next tier at 86–87°F. Early-September climatology shows an 81.9°F average high, but a warm spell with daily maxima in the low-to-mid 90s through September 5 has kept temperatures elevated; steering flow and downslope warming continue to favor readings several degrees above normal. Updated guidance issued within the past 24 hours has remained stable, limiting upside risk to the 90–91°F tier (20.5%) and keeping lower outcomes below 20% combined. Traders are therefore pricing the narrow 86–89°F window as the most probable outcome ahead of final verification.
