Latest National Weather Service and NOAA model guidance point to a moderating marine air mass over the Pacific Northwest, positioning Seattle’s September 11 high temperature in the mid-to-upper 60s. Ensemble runs show limited spread around 66–68°F, with an approaching shortwave trough expected to limit daytime heating while increasing afternoon cloud cover. Current ridging has kept readings slightly below the 72°F September climatological average, and recent observational trends reinforce this cooler signal. Traders have aligned with these forecasts, concentrating implied probability on the 66–69°F range ahead of final model updates tonight.
