National Weather Service forecasts and supporting model guidance project a high near 100°F for Austin on September 13 under mostly sunny skies with south winds of 5–10 mph. This stems from continued southerly flow advecting warm, humid air across central Texas amid minimal cloud cover and negligible precipitation chances, consistent with the broader late-summer pattern that produced 99–102°F readings the prior two days. Historical climatology places the September 13 average high at 91.6°F, underscoring the anomalous warmth. Trader consensus aligns with this outlook, heavily weighting the 100–101°F bin while assigning lower probability to cooler or hotter extremes absent any forecast shifts before resolution.
