Latest National Weather Service and NOAA model guidance for Dallas on September 13 shows minimum temperatures most likely in the low-to-mid 80s, driving the tight clustering of market-implied odds around the 78–83°F ranges. Forecasters cite a warm, humid air mass with limited overnight cooling under partly cloudy skies and light winds, consistent with late-summer climatology where Dallas averages near 70°F lows but can remain elevated during stalled high-pressure patterns. Ensemble spreads introduce modest uncertainty, with some solutions allowing brief clearing that could dip readings into the upper 70s or keep them near 85°F. Official minimum will be recorded at the DFW International Airport station, with final verification expected shortly after midnight local time.
