Recent opinion polls for Latvia’s October 3, 2026 Saeima election show Apvienotais Saraksts (AS) holding a narrow lead in vote share and projected seats, followed closely by Latvija pirmajā vietā (LPV), with Suverēnā vara (SV) and Progresīvie (PRO) in the next tier. This polling order underpins the market’s heavy weighting toward AS at roughly 50 percent implied probability of finishing first. The proportional representation system and 5 percent threshold amplify small shifts among multiple parties, including Jaunā Vienotība (JV), Nacionālā Apvienība (NA), and Zaļo un Zemnieku savienība (ZZS). No major campaign events or scandals have altered the standings in recent weeks, leaving trader consensus aligned with the latest survey data and historical volatility in Latvia’s fragmented party system.
