Recent forecasts from multiple models, including GFS-based guidance, converge on a high of 30–32°C for Madrid on September 12 under clear skies and light winds, positioning 32°C as the leading market outcome. Stable high pressure and seasonal insolation support daytime heating above the 27.3°C climatological average, while the city’s 655 m elevation and moderate humidity limit further warming. Model runs show minimal spread, with no significant fronts or cloud cover expected to alter the peak. Historical records indicate 34.6°C as the September 12 maximum, but current conditions align more closely with recent years’ 29–31°C readings, reinforcing trader focus on the 31–33°C range ahead of final observations.
