Trader consensus assigns the highest implied probability (56%) to a 32°C peak in Taipei on September 21, driven by the latest ensemble forecasts from regional meteorological models showing stable subtropical high pressure and moderate southerly flow. These conditions typically produce afternoon maxima in the low 30s Celsius during late September, consistent with climatological normals near 31°C for the location. Secondary outcomes at 33°C (26.5%) reflect residual uncertainty in boundary-layer heating and urban heat retention. Forecasters anticipate refined model guidance overnight, with resolution hinging on official maximum temperature readings from central Taipei stations.
