This market will resolve to the temperature range that contains the highest temperature recorded by NOAA at the Incheon Intl Airport Station in degrees Celsius on 20 Sep '26. The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the highest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=rksi If NOAA data for the observation date is unavailable by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, the Weather Underground Daily Observations table will be used as the resolution source. In the event that there is no data for the observation date by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket. To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C. This market will resolve once the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source, or by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, whichever comes first. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.**Trader sentiment for the highest temperature in Seoul (Incheon) on September 20 centers on a narrow 26–28°C range, with 27°C holding the strongest implied probability at 52%.** Multiple forecasts from sources including WeatherBug, WindBorne, and Korean aviation meteorology point to a daytime high near 80–81°F (27°C) under mostly clear or sunny skies, light northerly winds, and dry conditions. This aligns with late-September climatology for the region, where typical maxima hover around 25–26°C but can reach the upper 20s with favorable high-pressure setups and minimal cloud cover. Model consensus shows stable conditions with no major synoptic changes expected overnight, keeping the outcome tightly clustered around 27°C rather than pushing toward 28°C or higher. Recent observations from September 19, with highs near 28–29°C, support the slight cooling trend into the 20th due to wind shifts and radiative cooling under clear nights. Upcoming official updates from the Korea Meteorological Administration and refined model runs will be key for any last adjustments before resolution.
