Recent National Weather Service and private model runs project a high near 88–92°F for Denver on September 3 under mostly sunny skies and light easterly or southerly flow, driven by building high pressure and warm-air advection ahead of a weak trough. Ensemble guidance shows modest spread, with the warmest solutions reaching the mid-90s if downslope warming strengthens and the coolest capping near 86°F if afternoon cloud cover increases. This places the market’s leading 90–93°F bins (64% combined) squarely within the current consensus range, while lower-probability bins above 94°F or below 88°F reflect tail risks from model divergence or rapid boundary-layer changes. Updated NWS forecast discussions and afternoon model runs remain the key near-term catalysts.
