Forecast models from the National Weather Service and private sources project a high near 89–96°F for Los Angeles on September 9, 2026, depending on the exact station, with LAX airport readings centering around 91°F and downtown areas potentially reaching the mid-90s under sunny to partly cloudy skies and light onshore flow. This range aligns with the market’s leading 90–91°F outcome at 46.5% implied probability, reflecting trader assessment of typical late-summer conditions without strong offshore winds or heat-wave amplification. Recent climatological data show September averages near 84°F, and the absence of major atmospheric shifts keeps probabilities clustered in the 88–93°F band while underscoring model spread and microclimate differences that could shift the official maximum.
