Recent forecasts for Mexico City on September 17 indicate afternoon highs centering on 23–24°C, driven by the city's 2,240-meter elevation that keeps September maxima moderate during the rainy season. Multiple models show partly cloudy skies with scattered showers and northerly winds that limit solar heating and promote evaporative cooling, aligning with historical September averages near 24°C. Trader emphasis on the 24°C outcome reflects this consensus, while the 23°C and 25°C-or-higher shares capture uncertainty around exact cloud timing and any brief clear spells that could allow brief spikes. Updated model runs through mid-September show no significant warming trend or anomalous high-pressure setup.
