Afternoon convective activity associated with the end of the rainy season may limit peak warming, yet consensus favors temperatures near or above the 25°C threshold. Historical September averages center near 23–24°C, with rare excursions above 26°C under clearer or drier conditions. These forecast details and climatological baselines underpin trader positioning toward 25°C or higher outcomes ahead of final observational data.
