Current forecasts from major models, including GFS and ECMWF runs updated September 19, position 24°C as the most probable high for Munich on September 20, aligning with the 58.5% market-implied odds for that outcome. Westerly flow and partly cloudy conditions under building high pressure support daytime warming above the September climatological average of 19°C, with afternoon peaks expected near 23–24°C. Trader consensus favors this range over 23°C (26.5%) or 25°C (11%) due to limited model spread and minimal precipitation risk during peak heating hours. Resolution hinges on official DWD or equivalent station readings, with any late model shifts or boundary-layer mixing changes potentially altering the exact maximum.
