Democratic incumbent Jon Ossoff seeks a second term against Republican nominee Mike Collins in Georgia’s November 2026 U.S. Senate election. Recent polls, including August InsiderAdvantage and July AARP and Fabrizio surveys, show Ossoff leading Collins by 6–9 points (roughly 49–52% to 42–43%), with the remainder undecided or supporting minor candidates. Collins secured the Republican nomination after a June 16 runoff victory over Derek Dooley. Georgia law triggers a December 1 runoff only if no candidate reaches a majority on Election Day. Trader consensus at 94.5% for an outright first-round winner reflects Ossoff’s consistent polling edge, historical patterns in less polarized Georgia Senate contests, and the limited time remaining for the race to tighten enough to force a second round.
