Current forecast models from the Korea Meteorological Administration and international agencies indicate a daytime high near 24–25°C in the Incheon-Seoul area on September 10, driven by persistent northeasterly flow, mostly cloudy skies, and moderate winds that limit surface heating. This aligns with late-summer climatology for the region, where September averages hover around 25°C but recent high-pressure dominance has produced slightly cooler conditions than peak summer. Market-implied odds favor 24°C at 49 percent as the consensus outcome, with 23°C and 25°C capturing the main uncertainty range from model spread in cloud cover and wind strength. No significant shifts have emerged in the latest runs, though traders will monitor any final 24-hour adjustments to boundary-layer conditions before resolution.
