Recent Central Weather Administration forecasts and model consensus indicate a northeasterly monsoon flow will maintain mild conditions over northern Taiwan through September 20, with expected highs of 29–31°C under partly cloudy skies and low precipitation chances. This aligns with typical late-September climatology, where average daily maxima near 30–31°C reflect seasonal cooling from summer peaks and limited daytime heating amid elevated humidity around 70%. Trader emphasis on the 32°C outcome at 46% implied probability likely stems from minor model spreads and urban heat effects at measurement sites, while probabilities for 33°C or higher remain secondary given stable steering patterns. Updated model runs and official briefings over the next 48 hours will refine these near-term thresholds.
