Current forecasts for Manila on September 18 indicate a daily maximum near 31–33°C under partly to mostly cloudy skies with a high probability of scattered thunderstorms driven by the Intertropical Convergence Zone and localized convection typical of the southwest monsoon season. Historical September averages center on 30–32°C highs, with rain and thick cloud cover suppressing insolation and preventing stronger afternoon heating. Model consensus shows limited day-to-day variability, keeping 32°C and 33°C as the tightest market-implied outcomes while lower or higher extremes remain improbable absent an unexpected break in cloud cover or atypical steering patterns. Updated PAGASA guidance and next model runs will refine the precise peak.
