Recent forecasts from Environment Canada and multiple models indicate a high near 18°C in Toronto on September 19 under increasing cloud cover and easterly winds, limiting solar heating amid a cooler air mass. This positions 18°C as the market favorite at 47.5% implied probability, followed closely by 17°C at 37.5%, while the 19°C outcome at 11% reflects modest uncertainty in afternoon mixing. Below-average readings relative to the 21°C climatological norm stem from persistent northerly flow earlier in the week transitioning to onshore breezes, with low precipitation risk further stabilizing temperatures. Updated model runs and official guidance ahead of the daily maximum will be key for any late shifts in trader positioning.
