PAM leads the Morocco legislative elections market with an 80% implied probability due to its strong positioning within the incumbent RNI-PAM-Istiqlal coalition ahead of the September 23 vote for the 395-seat House of Representatives. Recent campaign activity, including PAM’s detailed five-year economic program emphasizing job creation and purchasing power, has bolstered trader consensus on its seat plurality prospects. RNI’s reported efforts to retain southern MPs and internal leadership transitions have not shifted momentum away from PAM, while PJD and smaller parties like PI, MP, and PPS remain at low single-digit probabilities amid ongoing recovery from prior results and limited recent gains. The fragmented field and proportional representation system keep outcomes sensitive to final turnout and regional list performance.
