This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed country formally signs a normalization agreement with Israel under the framework of the Abraham Accords by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". A formal signing refers to an official agreement between Israel and another country that is publicly acknowledged by both governments and clearly attributed to the Abraham Accords or their continuation. The resolution source will be official government statements, however a consensus for credible reporting may also be used.Saudi Arabia remains the primary focus for potential new Abraham Accords signatories before 2027, though Riyadh has repeatedly conditioned normalization on concrete progress toward a Palestinian state amid ongoing regional tensions. Kazakhstan formalized accession in early 2026 following its November 2025 announcement, extending the framework into Central Asia with largely symbolic effect given prior diplomatic ties. Somaliland pledged to join after Israel's December 2025 recognition of its independence. The second Trump administration has pressed for broader expansion, including public calls in May 2026 for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and others to sign immediately, while a congressional bill introduced in June 2026 targets further Central Asian and South Caucasus participation. Syrian interest post-Assad has cooled due to border frictions, and other candidates face domestic or ideological barriers. These diplomatic postures and stalled core negotiations shape trader assessments of near-term accessions.
