Shares currently trade near $1.85, down sharply from pandemic highs, pressured by Q2 2024 revenue of $1.15 billion (30% YoY decline, missing estimates) and ongoing net losses, offset by improved 7.4% contribution margins from cost cuts. Federal Reserve's September 50 basis point rate cut to 4.75-5% has spurred optimism for transaction volume rebound, with 30-year mortgage rates dipping below 6.5%.
