Forecast models from sources including the GFS and regional analyses show mild spring conditions over Cape Town on September 13, with daytime maxima most likely in the 20–24 °C range. Afternoon warming depends on partial clearing and light northeasterly flow, while persistent low stratus, southeasterly winds, and scattered showers—already evident on September 12—limit insolation and keep readings closer to seasonal norms near 19 °C. Ensemble spreads highlight sensitivity to cloud timing and any late sea-breeze shift that could suppress or briefly elevate peaks. South African Weather Service observations and updated runs expected overnight will refine the exact maximum before resolution.
