Official National Weather Service forecasts for Houston on September 25 project a daytime high near 94°F under mostly sunny skies with light northeast winds and minimal rain chances, aligning trader consensus around the 92-93°F bin as the modal outcome. Persistent high pressure and above-normal sea surface temperatures in the Gulf have sustained recent warmth into late September, elevating probabilities for 90-93°F ranges while capping upside risk absent stronger southerly flow or clear skies. Model consensus shows limited spread, though minor adjustments in cloud cover or boundary-layer mixing could shift the exact maximum by a degree or two before resolution. Historical September highs average near 88°F, underscoring the current anomalous warmth driving these implied odds.
