This market will resolve to "Yes" if all charges against Don Lemon, stemming from his arrest on January 29, 2026, are officially dropped or reduced to a non-felony charge by May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the relevant court or an official statement from Lemon's legal representatives. However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Former CNN anchor Don Lemon faces ongoing federal civil rights charges under the FACE Act and conspiracy counts for his role in livestreaming an anti-ICE protest that disrupted a St. Paul, Minnesota church service on January 18, 2026. Arrested January 30 and released without bond, he pleaded not guilty at his February 13 arraignment in U.S. District Court, where supporters rallied outside. The 91.5% implied probability on "No" reflects trader consensus that the Trump administration's DOJ, led by AG Pam Bondi, will not drop charges pre-trial despite defense motions citing First Amendment protections, video evidence disputes, and prior judicial skepticism of initial arrest bids—standard in politicized FACE Act prosecutions amid stalled dismissal efforts and no recent court rulings. Upcoming hearings could shift odds.
