Persistent monsoon rains and associated cloud cover across Uttar Pradesh are the main drivers keeping trader sentiment balanced across 28–32°C outcomes for Lucknow’s September 6 maximum. Official IMD and Met Office guidance indicate a 30–31°C high with patchy rain or thunderstorms likely, as a low-pressure system sustains moisture and limits solar heating. Recent observations show daily maxima 1–3°C below normal amid frequent showers, while model consensus points to only modest warming if afternoon convection is delayed. Historical September baselines near 32–33°C provide context, but current steering patterns and humidity levels favor the tightly grouped 28–32°C probabilities until updated forecast runs clarify rainfall timing on the 5th–6th.
