Recent National Weather Service forecasts and model consensus indicate clear skies and a high-pressure system driving northerly flow, positioning NYC's September 15 high temperature in the low 70s. Multiple runs show afternoon maxima near 71–73°F after cool mornings in the upper 50s, consistent with seasonal norms for mid-September under stable atmospheric conditions. This aligns with trader emphasis on the 72–73°F bin as the leading outcome, while lower probabilities for 74°F+ reflect limited warming potential absent any forecast shift. Updated model data through the weekend will refine exact thresholds ahead of market resolution.
