Recent forecasts from multiple models indicate a high of 32–33°C in Madrid on September 13 under clear skies and light easterly winds, driven by persistent high pressure and dry continental air typical of late summer. This setup favors strong daytime solar heating with minimal cloud cover or moisture to moderate temperatures, consistent with historical September maxima near 27–30°C but elevated by current stable conditions. Trader consensus around these outcomes reflects the tight clustering of official guidance, with limited upside risk from any late intensification and downside limited by the already warm baseline. Updated model runs overnight and morning observations will refine the exact peak ahead of market resolution.
