Recent forecasts for Karachi on September 14 indicate highs near 36–37°C amid scattered thunderstorms, driven by a low-pressure system tracking westward from the northwestern Bay of Bengal. This monsoon-related feature introduces uncertainty in cloud cover, precipitation timing, and wind shifts that could limit daytime heating compared to the preceding hot, mostly clear days near 37–38°C. Model consensus shows modest cooling potential from increased humidity and possible showers, though exact landfall or intensity remains variable. Historical September baselines average 32–34°C, making current conditions above normal yet sensitive to the system's arrival. Traders weigh these factors against official updates from Pakistan Meteorological Department forecasts, which will refine probabilities as the event nears.
