Current ensemble forecasts from the China Meteorological Administration and global models indicate a highest temperature near 32°C in Beijing on September 5 under mostly sunny to partly cloudy conditions driven by southerly flow and a lingering warm ridge. Recent days have featured highs of 30–33°C amid light winds and low humidity, consistent with early-September climatology where daily maxima average 26–28°C but can exceed 32°C during clear spells. Model spread of 1–3°C, combined with urban heat effects and exact station measurement criteria, produces closely matched implied probabilities across 29–33°C while limiting odds on extremes. Updated CMA guidance and refined model runs in the next 48 hours will likely narrow the range ahead of market resolution.
