**Consensus National Weather Service and model guidance for Dallas on September 18 points to a high in the upper 90s under mostly sunny skies and light southerly flow, driving the 55% market-implied odds on 96-97°F.** Persistent high pressure and above-normal warmth have kept recent daily maxima near 99-100°F, well above the long-term September average of about 90°F. Low precipitation chances and minimal cloud cover support limited diurnal cooling, while southerly winds limit advection of cooler air. The next official forecast updates and real-time observations tomorrow will refine the exact peak before market resolution.
