Recent National Weather Service and local forecasts indicate Denver's overnight low for September 25 will likely settle in the low-to-mid 50s°F under partly cloudy skies with light southeast winds, limiting radiative cooling after a mild daytime high near 77°F. Trader sentiment remains closely split because subtle shifts in cloud cover, dew point depression, or a passing weak front could push the minimum several degrees cooler toward record-challenging levels or keep it warmer. Key differentiating factors include the strength of nocturnal inversion development versus boundary-layer mixing, with updated model runs from NOAA expected to refine these variables ahead of market resolution. Historical September lows average near 48°F, placing the current consensus in a typical range but sensitive to small-scale atmospheric adjustments.
