National Weather Service forecasts for Miami on September 6 point to overnight lows in the upper 70s, driven by typical early-September tropical moisture, high dew points near 75–78°F, and diurnal cooling under partly to mostly cloudy skies with scattered evening thunderstorms. Persistent southeasterly flow and weak steering patterns limit advection of cooler air, while variable cloud cover and rainfall timing create modest uncertainty in the precise minimum. Recent model consensus aligns with historical climatology for the period, where Miami lows average near 77–80°F amid humid conditions. Trader emphasis on the 78–79°F range reflects this baseline, tempered by potential for slightly warmer readings if convection lingers or cooler outcomes if clearer skies allow more radiational cooling.
