Recent forecasts from the Korea Meteorological Administration and international models indicate mostly clear skies over Seoul and Incheon on September 4 after earlier central-region rainfall, with light northeasterly winds and minimal cloud cover supporting daytime heating. Consensus maximum temperatures cluster around 28–30 °C, aligning with early-September climatological averages near 28–29 °C and recent model runs showing limited day-to-day variability. This positions 29–31 °C as the dominant outcomes in trader pricing, as any modest deviations from the central forecast—such as slightly stronger insolation or minor steering-pattern shifts—remain within typical ensemble spread without pushing extremes above 32 °C or below 28 °C. Updated short-range guidance issued in the past 48 hours has reinforced this narrow range, leaving little room for the low-probability tails currently priced below 10 %.
