Recent DOJ document releases in February 2026, drawn from the Epstein Files Transparency Act, confirmed that Jeffrey Epstein maintained at least six undisclosed storage units across states including New York and Florida, with materials relocated by private investigators ahead of prior searches. No FBI raids, search warrants, or seizures targeting these units have occurred or been announced through mid-August 2026. Congressional oversight inquiries into related private investigators have focused on testimony rather than enforcement actions. This extended absence of activity, combined with the units' long-undiscovered status since Epstein's 2019 death, underpins the trader consensus reflected in the 87% implied probability for no raid by year-end. Resolution hinges on credible reporting of any law-enforcement operation before December 31.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any private individual or government authority discovers and examines the contents of a storage unit previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.
A qualifying storage unit must contain items previously belonging to or associated with Jeffrey Epstein at the time it is examined. The examination of a storage unit previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein which no longer contains any items related to Epstein will not count.
Only searches conducted within this market’s timeframe will count. Previously available or newly published information which demonstrates that storage units previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein were examined prior to this market’s creation will not count.
The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.
