Current National Weather Service forecasts and ensemble model guidance for Denver on September 25 point to a partly cloudy day with a high near 76–79°F following showers and cooler conditions on the 24th, aligning with the market’s tight clustering around 72–77°F. Late-September climatology favors highs near 75°F at Denver International Airport, modulated by northwest flow behind a departing front, easterly winds that may limit daytime mixing, and variable cloud cover that reduces insolation. Small differences among the leading bins hinge on the precise timing of clearing, dewpoint recovery, and boundary-layer warming rates in the mile-high environment. Updated short-range model runs and afternoon observations will provide the final resolution data.
