Recent National Weather Service guidance and ensemble model consensus indicate a mostly sunny Monday for Seattle with highs likely reaching the upper 60s to mid-70s, driven by moderating onshore flow and partial clearing of morning marine layer clouds. This keeps the 72–75°F bins tightly competitive in the market, as small differences in afternoon insolation or northerly wind strength can shift the peak by a few degrees. Seattle’s late-summer climatology favors 74–75°F averages, yet persistent cool Pacific air and variable cloud cover introduce realistic downside risk to the low 70s, while stronger clearing could briefly test the upper 70s. Updated NWS point forecasts and afternoon model runs will provide the final data traders are watching before resolution.
