Recent official forecasts from Singapore's National Environment Agency highlight prevailing southwest monsoon conditions driving dry, occasionally windy weather into early September 2026, with daily maximum temperatures expected between 33°C and 35°C. Model consensus from sources including GFS and ECMWF points to afternoon peaks near 32–33°C on September 2 amid partly cloudy skies and limited thunderstorm activity, consistent with historical September averages near 31–32°C. Trader positioning at 61.5% implied probability for 33°C reflects this consensus and low precipitation risk, though minor model spreads and potential localized heating could support the smaller probabilities assigned to 32°C or 34°C. Updated guidance ahead of the observation window will likely refine these odds.
